Chinese Folk Dances focus on learning the characteristics of the folk dances from Han, Dai, Tibetan, Mongolian, and other 50 ethnic groups. By developing a solid command of the folk dances’ moves and styles and learning the different bearing and rhythms, students can grasp the sincerity, humor, passion, values, and diversity that are demonstrated in these folk dances.
Our Ballet program is designed to challenge dances at every level. We provide 3 levels of classes teaching formal ballet. Ballet 1 Students will learn the classical ballet barre, as well as center work, such as arm positions, balances, basic turns and jumps. Ballet 2 students will learn more complicated combinations and floor patterns in the center. Ballet 3 students will learn more advanced techniques.
